Welcome to the WCAA's annual conference in San Diego! The Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa is a beautiful place to relax and soak up some useful information from your peers and from a great line-up of speakers.

We're especially pleased with our afternoon schedule of breakout "learning intensives," which will cover Revenue Drivers, Managing Change, Social Media, Taking Back the Market, Getting Mobile and "Over the Edge."

Our keynote speakers include motivational author and speaker Harry "The Fish Guy" Paul; networking expert Brett "Mr. Shmooze" Hunsaker; human resources expert and strategist Arthur "Arte" Nathan; and service and sales expert Kerry Weiner Elkind.
